PreventX is one of the largest gatherings of professionals working to prevent family and gender-based violence. The conference’s theme for 2024 was ‘Messaging for a Movement’, with the focus on how to craft and deliver messages that shift hearts and minds to deliver long-term and sustainable social change in preventing family and gender-based violence.
The branding approach needed to align with Safe and Equal’s core branding and convey key aspects of PreventX, such as collaboration, message development and the sense of belonging to a broader movement working towards positive change. It was also important to emphasise the variety of voices, backgrounds and experiences informing the work done in this sector, to ensure primary prevention activity resonates with Australia as a whole.
